Delete Your Miniprix Account
This page explains how to delete your Miniprix Minimarket account and what
happens to your data. Miniprix Minimarket is operated by Miniprix Minimarket.
How to delete your account
In the app (fastest):
- Open the Miniprix app.
- Go to the Account tab.
- Tap “Delete account” at the bottom of the screen.
- Confirm with your password. Your account is deleted immediately.
By email (if you can’t use the app):
Email [email protected] from your registered phone number or email address with
the subject “Delete my account”. We verify your identity and delete your
account within 30 days.
What is deleted
When your account is deleted, we permanently remove:
- Your account and sign-in (you can no longer sign in)
- Your name, phone number and email address held on the account
- Your saved delivery addresses
- Your saved favourites (these live only on your device)
What is kept, and for how long
Records of orders you have already placed are kept as required business and
accounting records, with the link to your account removed so they are no longer
tied to your profile. These are retained for the period required by applicable
Lebanese accounting and tax law , after which they are
deleted. We keep no other personal data once your account is deleted.
